What should I do if my deposit or withdrawal is delayed?

Delayed deposits and withdrawals are usually resolved once the bank, payment provider, or payment network completes processing. Before contacting Support, please check the points below.

If your deposit is delayed

  • Allow the stated processing time for your selected deposit method.
  • For bank wire transfers, make sure the payment reference details are correct.
  • Consider weekends and public holidays, as these may affect processing times.
  • If the deposit is still not reflected after the estimated processing time, please contact Support.

If your withdrawal is delayed

  • Make sure your account is fully verified, as withdrawals cannot be processed before verification is complete.
  • Allow time for us to process your withdrawal request. We usually process withdrawals within one business day.
  • After we process the withdrawal, the time it takes to receive your funds depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • If your withdrawal has been processed but you have not received the funds, please contact Support so we can provide proof of payment or tracking details where available.
