If your deposit is delayed
- Allow the stated processing time for your selected deposit method.
- For bank wire transfers, make sure the payment reference details are correct.
- Consider weekends and public holidays, as these may affect processing times.

If your withdrawal is delayed
- Make sure your account is fully verified, as withdrawals cannot be processed before verification is complete.
