If your funds are still inside your MT4/5 account, you will need to move them over to your client portal/wallet first before you can withdraw.
- Log into your client portal/dashboard.
- Click “Manage Funds” on the left menu.
- Under “Transfer From”, select the MT4/5 account to transfer.
- Under “Transfer To” select “TIO Markets Wallet”.
- Key in the amount.
- Click “Transfer Funds”.
