What is an inactivity fee?
An inactivity fee may apply when a client deposits funds, does not place any trades, and then requests a withdrawal. This is different from a dormancy fee.
A dormancy fee applies when a trading account has no open positions and no new trades have been executed for 3 consecutive months (90 days). Once an account becomes dormant, a fee of USD 30 per month, or the currency equivalent, may be deducted from the available account balance until trading activity resumes or the account balance reaches zero.
