If your funds are still inside your trading account, you will need to transfer them over to your wallet before you can make a withdrawal or transfer to another trading account.
- Log into your client portal/dashboard.
- Click “Transfer Funds” on the middle left of your screen
- Then select the account you want to “Transfer From and Transfer To”.
- Enter the amount to transfer to your wallet.
- Once the funds are in your wallet, you can then transfer them to any other trading account by repeating the process or withdraw.
