Why can't I log in to MT4 or MT5?
How do I switch accounts?
To switch between trading accounts on MT4 or MT5:
- Open the MT4 or MT5 trading platform.
- Go to File > Login to Trade Account.
- Enter the trading account number, password and server name for the account you want to access.
- Select Save Account Information if you want the platform to remember the account.
- Click Login.
If you have saved multiple accounts, you may also be able to switch by selecting the saved account from the login window or from the Navigator section in the platform.
Please note that when you log in to another trading account, the previous account will be disconnected from the platform.
