What are swaps?
Swaps are overnight credits or debits applied when you hold a position past the daily rollover time (22:00 GMT). While adjustments are typically daily, a triple swap is usually applied on Wednesdays, though this can vary by instrument. You can check specific swap rates in your MT4 or MT5 platform by right-clicking an instrument in the Market Watch window and selecting "Specification".
