How does the dormancy fee work?
A $30 monthly dormancy fee may be applied to accounts after three months of inactivity. An account is considered inactive if there are no open positions and no trades have been placed during that three-month period.
The purpose of this fee is to encourage clients who are not actively trading to withdraw their funds, as TIOmarkets does not want to hold client funds that are not being used for trading.
