How do I open a live trading account on the platform?

To create a live MT4 or MT5 trading account:

To create a live MT4 or MT5 trading account:

  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. Click Add Live Account.
  3. Choose your trading account type, platform, base currency and preferred leverage.
  4. Review and accept the terms and conditions.
  5. Click Open Live Account.

Once your live trading account has been created, your login credentials will be sent to your registered email address. These include your trading account number, password and server name.

To log in to the trading platform:

  1. Download and install the correct platform, either MT4 or MT5.
  2. Open the trading platform on your device.
  3. Go to File > Login to Trade Account.
  4. Enter the trading account number, password and server name exactly as shown in the email.
  5. Click Login.

Please note that your MT4 or MT5 trading account credentials are different from your client portal login details.
