If your funds are still inside your MT4/5 account, you will need to move them over to your client portal/wallet first before you can withdraw.

1. Log into your client portal/dashboard.
2. Click “Manage Funds” on the left menu.
3. Under “Transfer From”, select the MT4/5 account to transfer.
4. Under “Transfer To” select “TIO Markets Wallet”.
5. Key in the amount.
6. Click “Transfer Funds”.
