All withdrawals (especially crypto) are multi-signature withdrawals processed by our back office team. Meaning we need to have at least two people sign off on the withdrawal transaction before it even gets processed. Unlike crypto exchanges, there are no auto withdrawals to initiate the transaction.

Additionally, there is an email notification sent to your registered email address whenever any withdrawal transaction is placed. If you did not initiate the withdrawal transaction then you should contact support on live chat immediately and let us know. One of the benefits of utilizing multi-signature tools is that it takes some time (but usually less than a day) before a withdrawal transaction is processed.
